Anchor Washdown

On the 29C the Washdown pump is in the engine compartment and the hose connection is aft. Has anyone run a hose internally from the pump to the anchor locker ? Is it possible ? With a simple shutoff forward the Washdown could be used from either location.

I think it would be do able but I would plumb it in with proper plumbing pipe
I have one of those expanding hoses .. It reaches .. I just hook it up and run it to the front when I need it..

Yes, I was thinking of a permanent installation equivalent to the standard of the on board plumbing installations. I'll need to explore a bit in the boat's nether regions. This stuff, the factory could do pretty easily before the deck goes on...hint, hint.

It can be done. I had it done on my R-27. I did not do the installation. I had my dealer do it when I purchased the boat. At the bow it runs along the starboard side above the headliner and enters the anchor locker with a valve. There is a hose fitting on the outside of the locker. A very nice and clean installation. The piping was a pecs type flexible tubing.
