Last week I visited with John & Laurie Gray when their Ranger Tug pulled into Ditto Landing here in Huntsville. Today (Monday, 10/30/17), I was out cruising the Tennessee River in my Ranger Tug 21' ("Miss Baker") and crossed paths with a Ranger Tug. When I returned to Ditto Landing I saw the "Nellie May" now docked there. Went over and paid a visit after I tied up my boat. Had a real nice chat with Tim & Mary Kenyon who are doing the Great Loop. Been on this journey for about 8 weeks. Always fun to share stories and experiences with fellow RT'ers. By the way, they advised me that apparently the RT 21' is being discontinued. If true, I think that's a real shame. The 21' is the perfect boat for solo sailors like myself who enjoy boating but don't want/need a large trawler.
