Hi everyone!!
Getting a new Cutwater CB32 soon and wondering about traditional anti-fouling paint verses a ceramic coating?
Presently live in FL, getting the new boat in Vancouver.
Here in FL, had a ceramic coating applied 3 years ago on my Everglades [Ceramic Pro] and have been very happy!! Nothing grows on the hull!!
Just wondering if anyone has any long term experience with a ceramic coating?

Thanks!
Dave

Interesting that you found no bottom fouling. How long was the boat in the water at a time?

Generally, the boat stays in the water for up to 5-6 days but have left it in the water for up to 10 days. Will get stained but don’t have any problems with growth of algae or mollusk. Previously would start to see growth as little 3 days. Have a ‘tight spot’ at the water line between swim platform and hull that probably didn’t get treated. That always has growth.

Thanks!
