Any interest is circumnavigating Vancouver Island?

I am interested in circumnavigating Vancouver Island this summer in my R-29S and wonder if there is anybody else who might be interested in that trip. Please let me know, and perhaps we can start a chat group.

It sounds like a fun trip, Have you checked out the slowboat.com blog, they do that trip every year and even if you don't go with them, their website has some good information on that cruise.

I've been going to the west side of Vancouver island for a few years now (using my buddy's boat, who lives in Comox). We've trailered the boat from his place to a launch site that gets us access to the whichever inlet we're going to fish in. This year we'll be in Nootka sound for a week. Trailering your boat might be another idea to consider, the fishing is excellent on that side.

I hadn't thought much about it. But looking at the charts, this cruise (circumnavigate Vancouver Island) just got added to my bucket list. This year we are doing SE Alaska.
