A shot in the dark here, but I have a YVR layover from noon Monday May 16 until 4:30pm Tuesday May 17. Any Tugnuts around who would like to show me their 25-27-29 vessel? I have yet to lay eyes on a real live Ranger Tug. Our hotel is in Richmond, but I can get downtown via train or rent a car. PM if you would like to show me your tug.
 
You could visit Bellingham Yachts in Washington State, Just across the border. - they have several of each. Contact Matt Ouilette at 1-877-310-9446 to set something up.
