Anyone have a Des Moines Marina slip to sublease?

Hi all,

A buddy of mine just got a 2022 Ranger Tugs R27. It came with some moorage on Lake Union in Seattle, but he'd rather be in the Puget Sound without dealing with The Ballard Locks. I think some people travel for the summer, so does anyone have a slip at the Des Moines Marina to sublease? Thanks!

Jim Clark Marina is 1/2 way between those 2 locations it's also quick and easy to get out into the bay.

Up a little further from Jim Clark Marina is Duwamish Yacht Club. They have 35' slips with a 10% allowable overhang for rent or purchase (dredging assessment coming for owners). Brackish water best of boat worlds think 35' is around $450
