Are Canadian border services 24/7?

I will be traveling from Seattle to BEDWELL Harbor BC this week. My first trip to BC by boat. I'm all set with the arriveCAN app.

For trip planning purpy I'm interested to know how late I can arrive during the day / night?

I've looked through the ArriveCAN site and faqs but can't find out the answer.

I would call them and ask. However they do say in one place that agents are available live by phone until 10pm Eastern Time (https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/do-rb/menu-eng.html). So that suggests 6:30pm or so, west coast, to have time to be on hold. They also mention elsewhere having permission to anchor overnight if needed before reporting. I suppose one could tie up at a customs dock …?

It also seems their website is broken right now for the list of small craft reporting sites. I just go in a loop among pages pointing to other pages.
