Attaching fixtures to the inside of the hull

Am going to attach rod holders to the inside of the hull of the forward berth, what is the recommended fasteners to attach to the fiberglass?

I use the 3M command strips in various places and they've held on very well so far. I have them on the wood in the galley for some small shelves, and use them for hooks on the fiberglass in the v-berth to hang life jackets.

I used wire rod holders above the cave entrance then over the dinette table. I used the screw holes that held the center overhead and wedged the wire above the curtain valance, held four rods/reels.
