Hi there,
My 2015 R27 (Garmin 7212) won’t hold a course setting or ‘navigate to’ recently. I experienced this before if I was making a turn and hit ‘heading hold’ but now it does it even when the rudder is straight.
I’m not sure if it’s related but I do get a hydraulic pump failure messages but that’s mostly when I forget to switch to standby when I cut the engine to fish.
Does the hydraulic fluid need topping up or could it be another issue? Aside from the filler on the helm is there somewhere else to check/fill hydraulic fluid for the pump?
