Plan on leaving the batteries in over winter and keeping the boat on shore power while on the trailer.

Just looking to confirm that I can have all the battery switches (House, Engine, Emergency) turned to OFF and just have the shore power and battery charger turned to on?

I have an Airstream and it has a manual battery disconnect switch that must be on for the batteries to charge while on shore power.

Just wondering if the Ranger Tug switches work in a similar fashion or if they allow charging while switched off.

Thanks for any feedback

Mike

your 115V battery charger is wired direct to batteries, bypassing the house/engine switches. as long as you have shore power connected, panel showing 115V input and battery charger toggled (lit) your good to go!

FYI: lift your starboard cockpit hatch and verify that your "KISAE" battery charger display is showing charge profile for (3) batteries, engine, house, thruster. Our's (2022) had a momentary glitch where it dropped the thruster? after disconnecting and reconnecting the thruster, started working again?
