Really hoping for a solution from the factory. I continue to get “!Bank -01! Fault. Over Voltage Detected messages on our brand new R27 OB. It will say “16.9” or “17.1 volts detected” and “Fault Linit 16.8V”. The monitor showed that it was set for 100 amp and I changed it to 600 amp, LifePro, but it keeps giving the same fault message. Dealer wants me to install a new monitor when he sends one but I really question if it’s the monitor? I’ve turned off the charger and left both fridges on for a few days…several times. The monitor has tracked the SOC and SOH…minutes/hours to full charge, etc. I think the monitor is fine…but don’t know. I do know that I’m really getting tired of looking at the same fault message going on three months. Please advise.

I also have a Morningstar Remote Meter fault that’s been on my gage for a few months - that I haven’t been able to clear/reset. I’m going to post an ask of the audience to help. I’ll monitor your chat to see if anything comes up to help me that also helps you. Thanks

Have you tried readying the battery bank with a multimeter. i think it should only be at 13.8 at full charge for the lithium batteries.
