Is it possible to retrofit the OEM trim tab control with one that has the indicator? The reason being is that we dry stack our C-26 and we were warned that if the trim tabs are down, they could be damaged by the forks on the forklift when the boat is being hauled out to be returned to its designated slot in the dry stack.

Bennett has add on options. As a matter of fact I am pretty sure they have one that when power is turned off the tabs will retract automatically.

Thank you for the feedback.

I know that the Lenco trim system uses that feature but not 100% about Bennett. I do know that Bennett offers a control panel with position indicators but does need other parts besides the panel to activate. If you are worried about position I would recommend that you hold your trim switch in the up position for a bit to ensure they are all the way up before putting into dry stack. If you'd like you can email me and I will look into this for you. My email iskevinlamont@rangertugs.com.
