The bimini on a prospective purchase of an R27 has mildew pretty much generalized all over. Also when it rains it sags in the rear corners creating pockets of water.
I think it should be replaced. Any general idea of the cost?

Search the site, both issues are common, lots of suggested solutions. The "pockets" are often referred to as the r27 boarding shower. Frequent tightening of the Velcro, and some PVC have solved my issues. More importantly, inspect all the stitching. Mine had an apparently non UV resistant thread and almost all Velcro had to be restitched with better thread.
