Blister Advice

I have a 2013 CW 28. I had the bottom soda blasted for the first time today. In general, the bottom looks good. However, I do have small blisters at the water line. Fortunately, they don't seem to be anywhere else. This boat is in the water 6 to 7 months of the year.

What's the best way to treat this? Epoxy? Any particular kind, should it be thinned? Any advice appreciated.
