Has anyone had their ACR fail? I hear they are bullet proof but then it is a piece of electronics. In my case (2010 R21) house batteries get power first from engine but ACR is not closing to charge starting battery. I get 14 volts on one side of ACR which matches house batteries. Other side of ACR is 12.51 which matches starting battery. ACR is not closing to charge starting battery it seems. Ground to ACR is good. Anyone experience anything like this. Thanks

Had to replace one on our 2015 R31-CB when we first purchased it about 15 months ago.

Dave, Blue sea has a ACR Dignostic Flowchart for troubleshooting your ACR it can be found on line under how the ACR works. If your ACR will not combine the batteries or the batteries are isolated and the green LED is off or blinking, it will walk you through steps to take to verify a failure, and the phone number for assistance.
