I have kind of avoided this topic. But let me point out that if you take your VOM, in ohms, and put one lead on your ground system and the other lead on your prop shaft, on our boats you will find them to be electrically connected.
A brush might make you feel good, but little else will change.

Ditto...I periodically check the shaft to the transom zinc with a DMM (ohms) and always have a dead short. (A really good thing!!)..brush would be a waste of 80 bucks..
