Bottom Paint or Not, Prop, Rudder, etc

C-24 C (Sterndrive)
Purchased 2013 21EC last August. Bottom and running gear look good. Prior owner has had Prop, Rudder, and Rudder heel strip bottom painted with same antifouling as hull bottom. Zincs in place, don't look like any excessive wear or degradation. What is fcty recommendation for protection of Prop, Rudder and heel strip (which I assume to be Bronze or Stainless). Boat is Salt Water in CT. How would fcty prep and protect. Thx
