Should you be able to turn the bow thruster by hand or does the gearing prevent that? Trying to troubleshoot why mine clicks but won’t turn
 
The clicking noise to me suggests the shear pin has sheared.
 
I have a lewmar 2021 thruster. I can turn mine by hand when I dive on the boat. You can separate the motor from the thruster even while the boat is in the water. That way you can see whether it is the gearbox or the motor.

Hi, I got it removed and the pin is ok but the motor is frozen, gonna see if there is an electrical motor company in Morehead city or new bern
