This past Memorial Day weekend, we took Tug Toy to Poulsbo. As an aside, we ended up with a mini-Tugnuts gathering as five more Rangers and a Cutwater showed up, plus a couple American Tugs! We had the best section of the dock.
Anyway, I'm a home brewer. I wanted to brew a small batch on the boat, so I brewed a one gallon batch, a Saison. It is currently fermenting on board in Edmonds. I'm mini-kegging it next weekend, and it will ready for the Alumni Cruise. Since it will never leave the boat, I've called it the Stays-on Saison.
At the Alumni Cruise, I'm planning to brew it again to be ready for a camping trip in August. So, if you're in the Alumni Cruise, stop by Tug Toy for a taste of Boat Brew. 😀
