Bridge clearance

We're looking at canal homes on Florida's West Coast. Some areas have bridges to pass under. Please remind me of the clearance needed for our Ranger 25 SC.

Per the factory spec sheet it's 7'6" without the mast. You will have to take some measurements with the mast up and folded down.

The same factory literature states that the mast is 50 inches, so one could do the math. Of course, the same document describes the mast as "optional" but includes it under "standard equipment" so who knows.

My R-25 mast raised is 12' (to top of anchor light) from the waterline. I'm having it cut down to fit in my covered moorage.
