We have a 2018 RR23. On our last trip, we went to swing back our port side side bench seat in order to open the large rear window. Immediately the the seat pivot mechanism broke loose so that we could not use the seat. I located a pair of screws beneath it, but not the larger release screw. Thus we can't use it. Has any one else had this happen? I assume there is a release mechanism on the port side of the seat similar to the one on the starboard side of the seat. Is this also correct? We could not find the release mechanism anywhere!
It also looks like it would be difficult to screw the screws back into place without some how removing the seat. Is this correct? Does any one have any experience with this repair? Any insights would be great.
