Built in head

My EC21 has a built in head. This is my second EC21. The first had the porta potti. Im finding the built in head is a problem (for me) . I use my boat in many situations where there is not a pump out. So if I used my head the tank would have to hold for long times until I was at pump out. Plus the head and holding tank take up very valuable storage space.
Im thinking about removing the built in system and going back to porta potti. The porta potti can be dumped and cleaned almost anyplace. Seems almost a shame to derig a nice set up but its not right for my use. I think I see a winter project.

Just save the parts, minus the holding tank, for resale. I did that on one boat I owned. I removed a second fuel tank, because I wanted more storage. When I sold it, I put it back in.
 
Actually never used holding tank or head. If I can get out in one hunk that would be great. Or keep it in as flotation heh heh
