I have a 2015 Cutwater C28. I was on shore power using the electric stove when the AC power meter went to zero after a few minutes of starting the second cooktop element. Too much for the 30A shore power? Also had the frig and hot water heater breakers powered on. Switched shore power outlets with no effect.
Then fired up the generator and repeated the scenario and got the same results. Generator was running and providing AC but then…no AC power was available on the electrical panel.
Now I’m starting to catch on.
Now problems remain with all items breakers turned off:
1). No AC power is available from shore power
2) The generator will not even turnover to start.
What have I done?!
I would appreciate any advice even if you call me a knucklehead.
Thank you
BD.
