Anyone have luck replacing or rebuilding the hatch lift cylinder? Mine is gushing oil from the bottom (coincidentally after I had the boat in for transmission service).
 
I too have a leaking lift cylinder that I need to diagnose. How complex was the swap to electric?
 
Soooo excited. Local marine hydraulic repair shop was able to repair/remanufacture the original Bennett part! $250. So worth it!
