C28-Shore power light truns red

I'm the owner of CUTWATER C-28, when I used the shore power, the SHORE and INVERTER all the light truns red(Voltage is normal). The REVERSE POLARTIY is in red too.
Which part is wrong? How to fix this problem?

More than one possibility here.

The most serious is a swapped hot and neutral wire at he pedestal. Dangerous because a device could be powered even when switched off.

In another scenario, many portable generators have a floating neutral. The reverse polarity light will come on. This is less dangerous.

Please provide more details on how you are connecting the boat.
