Got my Xantrex 3000watt inverter with 150amp charger installed (lithium coming later).
Got my 2 x 435 watt solar installed with a Victron 150/70 controller. Should mathmatically see 60amps on perfect day.
Installed a Induction cooktop and wired to inverter and not the generator. Didn't like running generator to cook simple meals.
Installed new tires 225/75/15 Load Range G, 3500 lbs tires on 6 new rims rated for higher pressure. Had two tires separate the belts this year 2021. New ones are 14 ply.
New brakes all the way around.
Kicker motor mount for a 20hp EFI motor. I plan to hit the Bahamas, so want a backup engine.
Bennet Drop Fins installed. Cannot wait to test them.
Vesper Marine AIS with remote anchor drag alarm and button under bedroom AC control.
Wife wanted the Euro counter tops gone. This left screw holes, so I put up some back splash stuff.
Installed new (under warranty, thanks Garmin) autopilot GHP10 installed. Decided to protect the new pump and installed the check valve kit also.
Mantus 35lb anchor.
PUrchased a new tender, 8.9ft with air floor.
Tohatsu EFI 4-stroke outboard.
Victron BMV 712 battery monitor installed.

Hope to hit lake Powel this next month and test all my systems and de-winterize.

I have a 2017 C30 and love your upgrades. How/why did you decide on the kicker motor and how do you think this will help you? Also, why did you decide on the Mantus anchor and Bennett drop fins?

That's very impressive!

You will LOVE the drop fins, just installed some and made a huge difference. I'm over 10% more fuel efficient and speed at the same RPMs.

How many amps does the cooktop draw? I was thinking of installing one, but wasn't sure the power consumption.

The bennet fins.... supposed to help with everything, speed, bow down, fuel economy, etc and only like 38 bucks. Makes your trim tabs equivalent to next size up.
IF I am making a crossing and my main engine takes a dump, I can use my 20hp kicker to push me home at 5 or so kts. May be slow, but I'll get there. I plan to do some remote islands in Bahamas so no sea tow out there.
I watched a lot of reviews and comparisons on anchors, see SV panope. The mantus is rated for 30ft boats to 50+ kts wind. The factory anchor is fine for day stuff, but sleeping on the hook in the middle of nowhere, I'd upgrade. Stock is 20lbs, mantus is 35. Massive difference.

You’ve been busy!! Solar install looks great. I’m curious on the details power usage on the stove/inverter. Care to share some of the math or real world usage ?

Yes, but have to use it first! Going to lake powell in a week to give it all a shake down run.
