Can I turn on just the anchor light?

I see the anchor/all-around white light atop the mast is on when the Nav Lights are turned on. Is there a way to turn on just the anchor light without the red/green nav lights?

In my 29, up is Nav lights (including anchor), middle is off, down is anchor light only.
On your other question, the switches light up when Nav lights are on.

It's a three position switch.

Center position - Off.
Switched to one side, running lights and anchor are on.
Switched to the opposite side, just the anchor light comes on.

This is a requirement. Nav lights can’t be on while you are anchored. Only while underway.
