Canvas Enclosure for a R-21EC

I am in Texas and would like to add the full canvas enclosure to my Ranger -21EC. I am wondering if I will be able to add to the existing bimini top that was factory standard. Has anyone added to this bimini? I have contacted King Marine in Seattle but they want me to bring the boat to them to make. I am wondering if there is another company who has made canvas for the Ranger family. If I cant find a good canvas company close by I may need to sew it myself. I am finding all the material from Sailrite but its always good to find an expert canvas maker because they know the shortcuts.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
