Changes at Jarrell Cove and Swantown Marina

Some nice changes to share with South Sound cruisers: A new dock has been installed at Jarrell Cove Marine State Park with power outlets, making winter visits really pleasant. We soent a night there this past week, toasty warm with a portable heater plugged in. (A not to be missed winter treat is the spectacle of the cormorants arriving in great numbers to spend the night in the nearby trees of Jarrell Cove!). In Olympia, gas tanks have just gone in the ground, and a fuel station should be ready for boaters sometime in March at Swantown Marina.
