Do I have to have the Parallel switch on to charge my house batteries on my 2017 25 SC while under way?
 
No. Your ACR’s should apportion the charge to all of your batteries if they are working correctly. The possible exception is if one bank has been substantially depleted (under 10.8V) you might have to turn the parallel switch on for awhile to bring the voltage up on the depleted bank before the ACR will recognize it. But that is rare.
