I was out to collect prawns last month and had a Check Engine warning come up several times. (Volvo 200 D3)

The engine seemed to be running fine and I was doing less than 2,000 RPM.

I went to the faults window and all it says is ‘Check Engine’. I’m at a loss as to what to check.

FYI. Oil levels are fine and running temps are normal. Sea strainer is clear.

Any leads?

Thanks - Brad

You might want to check out the Operator Manual for D-3 page 59/60. If you don't have the manual you can look it up on line. Some common causes are low voltage and fuel pressure.
Good luck Bob

Thanks Bob. I have a manual and leafed through it. I’ll look again at those pages.
