Hello,
You look to be a little low, there is a coolant level sensor built into the tank as well. Usually it will go off when you come to a stop. Funnel with a hose attached helps get in there to fill without spilling coolant all over. Be sure to only use Volvo Penta coolant.

agreed I have the coolant just above the L shaped measures.
I use a flexible funnel to fill. Volvo VCS coolant is a pain to find in a store as well!
