I agree with the advice to use 3M’s heavy product, and a power tool. We have a 2014 claret color tug kept in a covered slip, and during our annual maintenance we struggle with cleaning up the stern. It’s work! This project goes better on a cool day and in the shade. The manufacturers instructions are right- follow them. (You’re a youngster compared to us). Every couple years we experiment with a different wax top coat. But they all have about the same results. Regular maintenance seems to be the important thing. And if certain areas of the hull get more exposure, do those areas twice a year until you get the hull to a condition you are satisfied with. I’ve been know to work on the aft area of the hull by using my dinghy as the work platform on a quiet day during a cruise. It’s fun to polish up the boat.Help all. Any moderate way to improve/correct this issue. 2018 R23 is pristine in every other way. Not quite ready to paint or wrap, or do damage to my 74 yr old frame
Thanks much all!!
