Noticed the two top screws holding the footrest in place are backing out.....the left screw no longer holds securely in place....what is the proper method to re secure the screws? Appears the screws are 1" long and 3/16" diameter.....do I need to try to fill screw hole with an epoxy, other filler, or some type of wood insert and re-drill hole?

Not sure what the backing is behind the fiberglass where the footrest is fastened below the opening window....no access from the cave/electrical panel that I can determine to allow through bolting....

Hi Marc,

You can simply add a bit of epoxy or similar to the hole to give the screw something to bite into. I believe there is only f/g and layup in that area. Even if not, this would be the simplest way to solve the issue. Hope this helps.

Cheers,

Ralf
