Heading up this weekend to splash the boat in the lower Columbia. We have never been there before and one of our stops is to hike some of the falls in the gorge (at least the trails that are open). We are looking at anchoring for a couple of days and Beacon Rock state Park looks like a potential candidate. Is this a good choice? Any better options? Welcome any input.
