Coolant Expansion Tank on 2013 R25SC

I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction as I cannot seem to locate the coolant expansion tank. The boat came with a R27SC manual (apparently it is the same as the R25SC) which indicates it is in the starboard storage locker, but the hot water tank is there. Other manuals have indicated under the stair, but it is not there. Thanks for any help,

It's pretty much under the stair. If you open the engine hatch and look back under the door you can see it. It's not easy to see the lines for checking the level.
