Hull #75's aft bilge pump switch utilizes two solderless non waterproof connectors about ¾" above the switch that upon inspection revealed considerable visable corrosion in the copper electrical wires leading down into the switch. The corrosion is bad enough that the switch has to be replaced. Being that close to bilge salt water, I think Ranger should have utilized waterproof connectors. You might want to check and see if you have the same situation.
