Yes, I have one of these. Yes they definitely work. I have not used this on my current 31CB but I did on my previous skipjack. I was having problems in that my zincs would only last 2 to 3 months. this was on a twin outdrive boat. After a lot of work I was able to track down that the current really spiked when I was plugged in to shorepower using this tool. After that I was able to get the zincs to last all season.
