Cracked Cave Window

Noticed that the rear window in the cave was cracked from the outside. It’s bonded glass, the inside glass was not cracked. The cause remains a mystery. I started paying closer attention to the area and noticed that the fender would often sit between the pier and the glass. So we’ve stopped that practice to avoid any damage. Anyone have any experience with this glass?

The narrow starboard side cockpit glass on our R29S shattered so I had to have it replaced. Not sure it’s the same material however in my case I had the folks at RT send me a new piece of matching glass and had a local glass installer replace the damaged piece.
