We are having an issue with our generator on our 2014 R29 Classic, Paradis Falls. At the start of this season we would get about an hour of run time, then the unit would trip out for no raw water flow. I know this is a false alarm as I can see the water coming out of the exhaust, and plenty of it. I also pulled the sensor out and can confirm planet of water coming out of the sensor port. I did replace the impeller just to be sure, but the one I took out was fine. Over the last few weeks, that hour before tripping has come down to seconds. Still good water flow. So I believe it is a controls issue. I have a new flow sensor on order, just in case, but I don't believe it is that either as the trip out occurs with a jumper wire between the leads and with leads disconnected (both, left, and right each tested). Is there anything I am missing here before I have to pull the generator out of the boat to get to the control box? Unfortunately, the positioning of the generator on this boat makes any access to the control box impossible while in place.
