Have R-31....generator working...no problems except that I am not receiving any power in AC power panel. No green lights on...no power coming in. I have no problem with shore power....everything works fine. But, as soon as I disconnect from shore power...turn on the generator....I am receiving no power at all. What could be wrong?

There is a switch on the panel “ shorepower or Generator” as well the generator has a breaker on it that may be tripped.
Hopefully it is a simple fix
