Big rotary switch on shore power and cord plugged into the dock. Appropriate breakers on the panel in the cave turned on. That's it, no inverter required.

Check that the ELCI breaker is not tripped if the above suggestions don't work. It should be in a cockpit locker near the shore power plug.
