Dain/weep hole not draining

Hi all! Boat - R-27 2011 classic. I noticed standing water in the aft starboard compartment below the trim tab reservoir/pump. A metal grate covers a hole that appears to be a drain. Also, there is a 4" round hole on the same bulkhead as the trim tab pump, looking inside I can see a good amount of water. The weep hole going into the engine compartment appears to be free of obstruction, I inserted picks to check. Anyone familiar with this? Where is the outlet for these to drain? I just put the access panel back on under the propane tank, so Looking for advice before I dig back inside. Thanks.

The weep hole in the top of your second photo near the seacock is the correct weep hole. Unfortunately the drain from the metal screen near/behind the trim tab pump runs into a fairly large semi-flat space under the locker floor between the hull and the locker floor. From the weep hole there is a conduit to drain this space that includes a piece of tubing (pvc?), the entrance of which is under the locker floor, and also runs through a hole cut through fiberglass that can easily be obstructed with debris because of the fiberglass shards/filaments in the hole may create an obstruction. Use a long (more than18”) semi-flexible tool to punch through the debris to see if you can get drainage. If not then either your stern is low (which can be resolved on a trailer or by weight distribution) or perhaps you can use a tool to clear it from under the drain screen, or the whole locker floor may need to be removed to clean it out.

That limber hole should be the ticket. You will need something fairly long to clear it effectively.
I ended up cutting a small hole in the plywood where I could see under the lazerette floor. Carefully cut about 2" away from the edge of the plywood as there's a fiberglass shelf under it that you don't want to mess up.
I'll put a suction hose down there if the limber hole isn't working.

I shot compressed air into the limber hole - that cleared it. I went ahead and did all limber holes, seems like a good practice to add to the annual to do list. Water was standing under the shower sump, it cleared that too.
