Being that we just gettin into a ranger 27. I am looking for info on davits. Factory has suggested Weaver. Having looked at the pictures I don't like the winch attached to door trim. I was thinking block system. On our catamaran we used a arch with two blocks to raise teh 10 foot dinghy.
I would prefer to keep the dinghy flat if possible so the inards don't fall out.
Any suggestions out there.
