For any who have an interest, thought we'd share details on an upcoming workshop sponsored by Washington Sea Grant, WSU Jefferson County Extension, and the NW School of Wooden Boatbuilding in Port Hadlock on Feb 27 from 9 AM to 4 PM.

The course covers troubleshooting and maintenance of fuel, lubrication, electrical, cooling, and exhaust systems in marine diesel engines. Fee: $60 per person. Info here: https://wsg.washington.edu/event/diesel-engine-troubleshooting-and-maintenance-workshop/

We plan to attend. Would love to have some other Tugnuts join us.

WA Sea Grant also sponsors other reasonably priced, educational workshops on marine weather, First Aid at Sea, and more. The events calendar is here https://wsg.washington.edu/event/.

Hey Amy & Paul! Very belated Happy New Year to you both.

I am indeed looking at signing up for the Workshop in the big city of Port Hadlock which just happens to be only about 1/2 hour up the road from our Quilcene home (its rare to have very much relatively close to us out here in the sticks!).

Anyway, hope you are both doing well.... any chance we see you guys at the (dare I say it?) C-Brats SBS Get Together this coming w/e? Otherwise, we might be the token Ranger owners there unless there is a surprise showing by one of the very few others who have straddled both brands at some point.

Take care,
Dan, Tanya, and Hannah on Echo

Hey, Echo Crew:

Glad you saw the post...we were going to PM you.

Unfortunately, schedules aren't aligning for the Friday CBGT. So, guess you'll be flying the Ranger colors solo 🙂 Hope to catch up with our C-Brat pals soon, on the water soon.

We'll be in touch re: Port Hadlock.
