Diesel heater exhaust location

Hello,

I have a 2024 R29 CB LE and is looking at adding a diesel heater. I am wondering if anyone who has a diesel heater could tell me how high above the water line the exhaust is located? I am guessing too low will create risk of water coming in and too high it will be hard for the exhaust to get out effectively.

On page 7 of the R29 owners manual, it shows the location of the Webasto diesel heater exhaust outlet.

Thank you. Not sure why I didn't look there first. Yes, it looks to be at the same height as the sink drain.

On my 2018 R29 the Webasto exhaust is significantly higher than the Sink Drain. It is close to the height of the water tank vent - maybe 6" below and 8" aft guessing after looking a picture of mine. There is a picture of the port side of my boat in my gallery.

Thank you for that information. Today I also received info from Ranger Tug and they confirmed about 6-8" below the water tank vent. So, that confirms your information. I guess the manual is just symbolic. Thanks again. Time to drill.... :shock:
