Has anyone tried adding one of these engine swivels:

I have an R31 with stanchions, a 10' rib and a 9.9 outboard.

Seems like a great option.

Seems like a good solution, although not inexpensive. I have a 6hp Tohatsu on my 260 RIB that came with my C30, and I am going the garhauer crane route for lifting the outboard on/off, as it was about $400, and can likely serve multiple purposes. The product you identified does seem appealing and gives me some second thoughts...
