Does the R-21EC have any ballast installed ?

Subject: Does the R-21EC have any ballast installed ?

Given the engine is kind of high I was wondering if Ranger Tugs feels there's reason to add ballast. The 18-19 gallon fuel tank mounted in the transom is also kind of high.

I suspect the engine weighs in at around 350 lbs and a full fuel tank could add another 130 lbs or so.

Any one know if ballast is added and for what reason ?

The only ballast is the bilge pump and the anode on the rudder. This great little boat bobs like a cork!
