My 21 ec came with a Dometic Cuddy AC. Not sure about the "II" part. It is really a 110-V unit, run by a dedicated inverter that comes with it. Good and bad points: Seems like good quality and design. Stainless pan under whole unit to catch and drain condensate. But . . . It uses gobs of 12-V power - 50 or 60 amps when you add in the cooling water pump and blower. The engine alternator keeps up with this fine, but the docked situation with the factory setup is hopeless. The battery charger only provides 20 amps, and the two batteries dedicated to the AC rapidly discharge.
I modified the wiring on mine so I can run it off the boat's 12-V system when under way, but then plug it into a shore power cord directly at dockside.
Mine is only 3500 BTU, which won't really hack it on a 95 deg sunny day. A huge amount of heat soaks through the thin fiberglass boat structure. I think the "II" in your model inquiry may mean 5K BTU. I think that might be enough to be useful.
