Hi all,
Took delivery of Dragon's Breath on Thursday and spent sevral good hours with Andrew getting familiar.
The last two days working with Captain Bill was great fun and a tremendous learning and confidence building experience. I can truly say that I.ve never felt more comfortable on a boat.
Tomorrow I head for Anacortes and then a week or so in the San Juans
The boat handles like a dream and takes rough water like a champion. I think I'll keep her.
It took alot of convincing but I got the factory to install an electric shift rather than the standard cable shift and it is SWEET. Positive detents, smooth movement and a nicer binnacle than the pistol grip standard one. Captain Bill took a turn at the controls and commented on how much nicer it was than the others that he has operated. The factory should offer them as an option.
See ya out on the water.
